TL Clothing Return & Cancellation Policy

At TL Clothing, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and cancellation policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that appear worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

Email tlwholesaleclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship your return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

-Sale items

-Mystery bags or grab bags

-Custom or personalized items

-Worn or washed clothing

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
